Dear Members,

I wanted to send out an email about this upcoming Tuesday’s (July 13^th) theme night.  As I’m sure some of you are aware of the theme for the evening will be Chef Adam’s Award Winning Pork Dish, where I will be featuring the dish I won the National Taste of Elegance competition with (description follows).  I hope to see as many of you out to sample this pork dish that I am quite proud of.
