I wanted to send out an email about this upcoming Tuesday’s (July 13th) theme night. As I’m sure some of you are aware of the theme for the evening will be Chef Adam’s Award Winning Pork Dish, where I will be featuring the dish I won the National Taste of Elegance competition with (description follows). I hope to see as many of you out to sample this pork dish that I am quite proud of.
